Osvaldo (Ozzie) Iadarola President, Chief Executive Officer* Mr. Iadarola is the President and CEO of Audiotech Healthcare Corporation and its subsidiaries, American Hearing Care and Canadian Hearing Care. Mr. Iadarola has been involved in the management of Hearing and Audiology clinics since 1983 and Hearing and Balance clinics since 2005. He is responsible for ongoing business development, operational growth, corporate finance and acquisitions. Mr. Iadarola is also the CFO and Corporate Secretary of Cassidy Gold Corporation and serves as a Director for Delta Exploration Incorporated and Island Arc Exploration Corporation. He also is a member of Island Arc's Audit Committee. These companies, including Audiotech Healthcare Corporation, are publicly listed companies on the TSX Venture Exchange. Mr. Iadarola is also President of Excalibur Properties Ltd., a privately held real estate development company. |

Daniel Allen, B.Sc., M.A.I.S., CCC-A, Audiologist Vice President, Chief Operations Manager Canada, and Director Mr. Allen began his career in the hearing healthcare industry in 1978 when he began building hearing aids at Allen’s Electronics in Eugene, Oregon, while pursuing his Bachelor of Science Degree at the University of Oregon. He subsequently completed a Masters Degree from Oregon State University and moved on to become the owner/manager of Allen’s Electronics. In December 1989, he was employed as a full-time audiologist at a hearing care clinic in Kamloops. In May 1991, Mr. Allen accepted a position with Starkey Labs-Canada Ltd., a hearing aid manufacturer in Canada, rising to the level of Managing Director, a position he held until July 1998 when he joined Audiotech on a full-time basis. Mr. Allen has also been very active in hearing healthcare education throughout his career, teaching classes on the testing and fitting of hearing aids across North America. |

Dr. Gerald Mill, B.A., M. S., Ph.D., Audiologist Director and Chief Operations Manager - Idaho Dr. Mill is the founder of Audiology and Hearing Aid Services Inc. (AHAS) which was acquired by Audiotech in April 1998. He currently serves as the managing audiologist responsible for the company’s Idaho operations. Prior to founding AHAS in 1980, Dr. Mill worked as an audiologist at the Eugene Hearing and Speech Center, American Fork Utah Training School, The University of Utah Medical Center, Ear Nose and Throat Center of Salt Lake City and Ear Nose and Throat Associates of Idaho Falls. He also held several teaching positions at U.S. universities, and collaborated with two senior engineers in the development, fabrication, and sale of Hear-All, a device that enables moderate to severely hearing impaired individuals to use the telephone effectively. |

Grant Robertson, B.B.A. Director* Mr. Robertson completed his undergraduate studies in business and accounting at Simon Fraser University in 1994. He served as an accountant and auditor with Price Waterhouse for roughly two years before opening his own small business accounting and tax consulting practice. Following the sale of his accounting practice, he founded 547864 B.C. Ltd. (Robertson Investment Services), a company which provides research and business/finance consulting services to both private and public companies. Through Robertson Investment Services, Grant also served as a Contributing Writer to several leading Canadian investment publications and Investment websites. In this capacity, he frequently appeared as a guest speaker at major investment conferences and on talk radio and TV programs across the country. Mr. Robertson currently serves as President & CEO, and a director of MediaWave Communication Corp., a successful Kamloops-based e-commerce company he founded in 1999. In 2003, MediaWave was ranked by PROFIT Magazine as Canada's sixth fastest growing young company. |

Glen Martin Director* Mr. Martin began his career in the insurance industry in 1980 with Martin, McDermid Insurance Ltd. He progressively advanced into positions of higher responsibility and in 1988 became both a major shareholder in the company, and was appointed Secretary-Treasurer. In 1998, Martin, McDermid Insurance Ltd. merged with Barton Insurance Brokers Ltd. and became a founding member of HUB International Limited, a publicly-traded company on the TSE. Glen is active in the community, having served as a Director of the Kamloops Gyro Club, the Crimestoppers Association of Kamloops, the New Life Mission, and other not-for-profit groups. |

Darryl Walker Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Secretary Mr. Walker has served as Audiotech’s Marketing and Systems Coordinator & Assistant to the President since January 2000, and as the company’s Corporate Secretary since 2003. Having been involved on a daily basis in the planning, implementation, and upgrade of the company's management information and patient database software/hardware systems; the administration of clinic and corporate leasing functions; the financing and construction of new clinics; the administration of regulatory filings; and the preparation of strategic business and marketing plans for the corporation, Mr. Walker has intimate knowledge of all of the corporation’s business activities. He has also been instrumental in the financing of the corporation since its inception. |
