Audiotech was founded in April 1998, as a growth corporation in a highly-fragmented hearing healthcare industry in North America. Audiotech operates and manages one of the largest networks of hearing clinics in the Pacific Northwest (British Columbia, Alberta, and Idaho). Audiotech is focused on identifying quality acquisition candidates which meet its consolidation criteria and on opening new clinics in markets which expand its geographic coverage within the region.
As North America's "baby-boomer" generation ages, the demand for hearing care services will inevitably increase considerably. The goal is to establish a geographically diverse base of hearing clinics throughout North America upon completing our consolidation of profitable clinics in the Pacific Northwest.
