Audiotech Healthcare Corp. has changed its corporate jurisdiction from Alberta to British Columbia. The continuation from Alberta to British Columbia was approved by a special resolution of Audiotech's shareholders at its annual general meeting held March 31, 2008, and was effected on May 2, 2008.
