Audiotech to open new satellite clinic in Ashcroft, B.C.
Audiotech Healthcare Corp. (AUD:TSX-V)
October 13, 2009

Audiotech Healthcare Corporation (AUD:TSX Venture Exchange) is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Canadian Hearing Care, will be opening a new full-service satellite hearing care clinic in Ashcroft, B.C. on November 2, 2009. Ashcroft is located about 100km west of the City of Kamloops and serves as a commercial and health care center for a number of outlying communities incuding Cache Creek, Clinton, Spences Bridge, Lytton, Lillooet, the Highland Valley, and numerous rural and ranching communities. The clinic will provide a wide range of audiology services including hearing assessment and the fitting of hearing aids. Despite the fact that Ashcroft is in close proximity to centers of heavy industry including mining and sawmill operations which have long been associated with hearing loss, there are presently no hearing care clinics in the area.

The new Ashcroft clinc will be located in the heart of downtown, at 310B Railway Avenue. Initially, the clinic will operate a minimum of one day per week and will be staffed by Rosemary Saint Michaels, one of our Hearing Care Practitioners of our South Kamloops clinic.

Effective October 23, 2009, the operations of Audiotech’s Canmore, Alberta, satellite clinic will be merged with the company’s existing two clinics in Calgary. In addition to streamlining costs, the equipment from this location will be redeployed in Ashcroft where it is expected to generate a considerably higher return on investment. This initiative will allow the company to open the new Ashcroft satellite clinic with minimal capital cost.
