Audiotech Announces Moody's (now Mergent) Listing

Audiotech Healthcare Corporation (OTC: AUDJF-News) (Yahoo AUDJF.PK) announced it has been accepted and is now listed in the Mergent Industrial Manual (Mergent Industrial was formerly known as Moody's).

CEO Ozzie Iadarola says: "We have two major objectives: One is to consolidate the fragmented audiological assessment and auditory rehabilitation clinics industry in the United States. The second is to do that which is required to meet the needs of the U.S. stock brokerage community in order to build our presence in the U.S. investment market.

"On the consolidation front, we have already acquired three clinics in the United States. Regarding establishing our company in the U.S. securities market, our initial step was to move to the OTC. Our second step is the Mergent Industrial listing. Our next step will be to engage a U.S. auditing firm to meet the fully reporting requirements for a listing on the new BBX exchange."
