As reported on May 22, 2002, the company had extended its investor relations agreement with Diane Andrews of J.J. & D. Communications for another year. On Nov. 8, 2002, by mutual agreement between the company and J.J. & D. Communications, the investor relations agreement was terminated. The company will, henceforth, be directing its public and investor relations activities in house.
